What is the typical processing and shipping time?
Orders are processed immediately and usually ships within 1-2 days of placing your order.  Because our suppliers carry stock at warehouses nationwide, shipping time usually only takes about 2-3 days.  So, on the average, you should be getting your order within 4 days of placing it.

How is shipping computed?
Shipping cost is computed based on the total amount of your order.  Below is a table of how shipping is computed

How do I return a product?
Returns have to be authorized with an RMA.  Without an RMA your returned package might not be processed for a refund.  Please view our return policies here.

You list so many different kinds of the product I’m looking for. How can I make sure I choose the right one for my purposes?
We try to put as much information as we can get into the description of each product but some product lines may still be hard to distinguish from each other.  The best way to get answers to any questions that you may have is to send us an email or fill up a contact form here.

How do I cancel an order?
Orders are processed automatically by our system.  To cancel an order you will need to send an email to support@firstnoelinc.com with your name, order number and item you wish to cancel.  Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours of placing it.  Once an order is canceled a refund is posted to the credit card or paypal account used.  For orders paid by checks or money orders,  a refund check will be mailed out no later than 1 week after the order is canceled.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most credit cards including Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express.  We also accept PayPal, Checks and Money Orders.  Payments made via Check or Money Order should be made payable to First Noel Inc..  Checks need to be cleared for 7 days before any shipment will be made. 

I would like to pay with a check.  How do I go about it?
We accept checks and money orders as a form of payment.  To do so, you will need to first create an order and select Check/Money Order on the checkout page.  After doing so, make your check/money order payable to First Noel Inc. and mail it via registered mail to:

It takes at least 7 business days to clear your payment.  As soon as it clears, we will process and ship your order. 

What shipping methods do you offer?
We ship most of our products through UPS Ground or FedEx Ground.  Since our suppliers carry stock in warehouses across the country, shipping time usually takes between 2-4 days and sometimes sooner.

Do you charge sales taxes?
We only charge sales tax on orders going to California (8.25%)
